Receipt and payment of all sorts of cash and cheques to all individuals and contractors. Receipt challans from tax-collecting sircars, License collecting sircars and other departments. To keep contact with treasury Banks, Post office etc. for sub-mission and drawing govt. bills etc.
Appointment, transfer, retirement, of employees, Maintain Service Books, General Administration, Board meeting, C.I.C meeting, Standing committee meeting, all others meeting relating to implementation of govt. decision B.O.C ,C.I.C, and other committee meetings. To provide staff benefit under D.C.R.B Rules. To take legal action against delinquent employees as per municipal service rules. To keep daily attendance of staff. To make all sorts of communication with the govt. and public etc. To checkup bills of salary, Overtime allowance, to arrange retiring benefits to municipal employees etc.
